CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service booked.

NO CHILDREN POLICY
To ensure the comfort and safety of all Mane guests, we have made the decision to no longer allow children under the age of 16 to accompany you to your appointment. Children will only be permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service, no exceptions. We understand that bringing your child may be convenient or even necessary, but we do believe it imposes a safety issue as we work with sharp objects, hot tools, chemicals, have multiple sets of staircases, and do not have a designated area for children or a staff member to watch your children while you are receiving your services. This also guarantees to give all parents some much needed “me” time as we respect the job that you all do and know everyone needs a little break and also ensures that other guests are not disturbed during their services as well. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, other guests, and our staff. We have the upmost respect for parents, as some of our staff have children themselves so we know this may be an inconvenience. We sincerely apologize and hope you understand our view on this policy. NO ANIMALS POLICY
As most of you know, all of us at Mane are dog lovers! We absolutely love getting visits from your pups but unfortunately we have to put our love aside to make everyone within the salon feel safe and comfortable in our space. Not everyone loves animals, may be allergic, or has had bad experiences in the past that make them uneasy around animals. We want nothing more than for every client that walks through our doors to feel relaxed and safe! With that being said, we are no longer allowing animals of any kind at the salon. Between sanitation and the comfort of others, it just seems to be the best option for everyone. We hope you understand.
